The wood hackberry known as “splitting stones” for its characteristics of resistance and elasticity is the ideal wood for the manufacture of handles for whips from carter, intended for use circus or to make its unique whip.
This particular handle can reach a maximum length of about 130cm worked in four strands tapered coiled spiral.
