Spiral Handle Whip

Glad to introduce a new line: The Spiral Handle Whip – Bullwhips & Stockwhips

Thanks so much Robby Amper for this fantastic Review and for your effort and time.

The Spiral Handle Whip has also been tested and is now part of the whip collection of friend and great Maestro d’Armi and actor Anthony De Longis.

Here Below, the story that inspired me to design and make this whip and its description.

To celebrate, in harmony with the Golden Ratio theories I decided to name this new line of Whips characterized by the classic twisted handle, Spiral Handle Whip Line.

The spiral is one of the elements characterizing the Golden Ratio.

It is full of mystique, charm and symbolism, you can found it in everything and in everywhere such as shells (snails), vegetables, cyclones and the same shape of the galaxy.

The spiral in itself evokes elevation, spiritual ascent, the aspiration to higher forms of understanding and knowledge.

In it each coil constitutes an initiatory stage that recalls the next, an uninterrupted ring of perpetual evolution.

In other words: The Golden Ratio!

SPIRAL HANDLE BULLWHIP

Internal construction in seven Layers:

Lead shot inside paracord core – Additional paracord core – Double cowhide core – Plaited kangaroo belly – Cowhide bolster.

Overlay: 16 plt braided in three different pattern dyed by hand in dark red/brown.

I made this particular mixture by mixing the brown color with red in different percentages.

The choice of braiding the thong in three different pattern is not for aesthetic purposes but to improve the dynamics of the whip beyond the handle.

Before the classic 16 plt overlay braided in 4 seam braid there are two different pattern:

Diamond braid and Eight seam braid.

The ratio is to furthermore reinforce gradually the transition point and follow the gradual change in the thong tension during the first 30cm from the end of the handle.
